Start on clean, dry feet. Use light contact and move slowly over rough spots; pressing harder makes the roller skip. Use the coarse roller for stubborn areas and the fine roller for weekly upkeep, then rinse the head clean. If you have diabetes or reduced feeling in your feet, check with your doctor first.
