Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email right away, and a second email with your tracking link once your order ships.
Shipping options
Shipping is calculated at checkout, where you can choose:
- Standard Shipping: most orders to the United States arrive within 10–12 business days after shipping.
- Express Shipping: faster delivery for an additional cost.
Estimated delivery times for your country are shown at checkout.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Our products ship from our fulfillment partners, which may include international warehouses, so delivery can take longer than local stores. If you order more than one item, your products may arrive in separate packages.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in the price or shipping cost.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, email serenusbeauty@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before it ships. We can't redirect orders that have already shipped.
